Charges for Partial invoice in AX 2012

Hi,

Kindly suggest a solution for the below issue.

PO quantity - 100

Invoice Qty - 50

Charges for PO - 200

I have created charges for RS. 200 in the PO. but i need to assign only Rs. 100 for the invoice because i am creating invoice only for partial quantity. Can any one please suggest solution for this in AX 2012
