Changing Posting groups for Bank accounts

If we change the posting groups for the bank accoutns in Bank account card, will it impact the historical entries posted to the perticular bank account with old posting group?

if you mean ‘change the posting group’ is renaming the Code field, then all the history will be brought to new Code.

And if you mean changing the code from 01 to 02 then the history will remain as it was.

Thanks Joe and Adam. My case would be renaming from 01 to 02.

Go to Bank Account Posting Group form and rename the record. NAV will automatically update the values in all the related tables.
