After closure of period 12 (Fiscal year not closed yet) the stock value report had some value in the Financial quantity and Financial value. However the value in these columns increased later on.
Is there any possibility of such increase? If so what all scenario should be considered for such increase.

It is possible to post an item charge to a Purchase order invoice after the invoice has been posted. Whilst the date of the charge cannot be in a period that is closed, it may be that the inventory value report does not handle this.
I would test it, but there are so many ways to configure the inventory value report that you might be better to try it yourself in a test environment.
