Change in shipping address for current invoice changes for past invoices as well

Hi,

When we change the shipping address for a customer with multiple locations on AX, it automatically changes shipping address for all the past tax invoices in AX as well.

Is there a way we can change shipping address for most current invoice only or a way to lock the shipping address for previous invoices in system?

This is wrong behaviour. State your version of AX.

I would guess that you have customized the invoice report and for some reason it is picking up a record from the customer, not from the order itself. I suggest you look at the invoice design, I presume the delivery address on the order related to teh invoice remains as it was historically!
