The process consists of 3 certification tests: · Navision Certified Representative · Navision Certified Product Specialist · Navision Certified Solution Developer Of the three tests it is only the Navision Certified Representative test that has been implemented so far. Training for Navision Certified Representatives For Navision Certified Representatives it is of course important to know what functionality the products offer and to be able to demonstrate the products. The Navision Certified Representative should be able to analyse customer needs, configure an installation and prepare quotations for prospects. Navision Representatives should therefore attend the following courses: · Navision Attain – Overview · Navision Attain – Essentials · Navision Attain – Financial Management · Navision Attain – Relationship Management · Navision Attain – Service Management · Navision Attain – Base Design · Navision Attain – Sales Course The tests can be taken at Authorised Sylvan Prometric Testing Centres. …And I wouldn’t hold you breath waiting for the other two. I remember starting with Navision a few years ago and waiting for them to be implemented then…
