Cant select document Introduction / conclusion on Sales Quotation

I am not able to select a predifined Document Introduction or Conclusion setup in:

Sales and Marketing > Setup > Quotations > Document introductions,

when I try to create a new Sales Quotation, (on the Posting Tab), I am not able to

select the introduction or Conclusion that I just created.

This was an option in AX2012 via a pencil.

It is now allowing the edit or what is the issue?
