We currently use the management reporter for 3 months ago and we face zero errors. Suddenly, after the year-end close “Soft close not permanent” we face this error “The source system request did not complete successfully”
This issue occurred only when we generate reports for ledger accounts. If we generate for financial dimensions or main accounts category all reports work fine.
One more thing, we had uninstall and re-install the management reporter and nothing happened.
Any ideas that help us to solve this issue
