Can't access NAV through web interface

I have NAV 2013 setup on a local network and its using the NavUserPassword credential type. I have another machine on a network with the Windows client installed. The client works well and is able to connect to it. The problem is I can’t access NAV through the web interface. I tried different browsers, but it just gives me the login window. I fill in the correct details, and the login window just shows up again. Anyone know what the problem is? Thanks.

Without knowing error message nobody can tell what is the issue ?

Check the event viewer where the error message will be shown …

I’ve solved the issue. The web.config file was configured differently than the ClientUserSettings.config. I changed the settings and it started working.
