Cannot view printed Sales Order


When I Confirm the Sales Order I cannot print or view sales order confirmation but it was posted

The error was

“An item with the same key has already been added.”

What do I need to do?

Im using AX 2012

I redeployed the SalesInvoice report without success.

Any other solution ?


Hi, please perform an AOS restart then redeploy the report, this ‘should’ resolve the issue.

I tried it before and it didn’t work.

I restarted the AOS again and redeployed the report again, and now it worked …

Very strange.
