Cannot select Date from Date Field in Enterprise portal

Hi,

I have form in enterprise portal display date field from the data source of form data set

the problem is that i can write date manual but can’t select the date from date picker

I made refresh for data set and caches and reset iis but problem not solved

Please any help will be appreciated.
