Cannot post packing slip for remaining order in AX 2009

Hi,

I want to post a packing slip for the remaining order but the posting is now disabled. See below screenshot.

I have 4050 items and I post the first packing slip for 3090. Now, I want to post the remaining items. How can I enable the posting of packing slip here?

I would guess you closed the order in processing or someone has cancelled the deliver remainder. Have a look at the quantities on the line to see the on order quantity, I guess it is zero, also verify your shipped quantity in the packing list journal was 3090 not 4050.
