Cannot install real-time service component

Hi Guys,

Good day!

I am having problem/issue installing the real-time service component. I am getting the message below. Do you have any idea why am I getting this message? How can I resolve this and install the real-time service component? Looking forward to hearing from you all.

Hello AML

Please copy the source on the machine you are installing this service and make sure you are logged in with the user who has admin right. This will solve the problem.

That file path is too long.

Try to copy the DVD content to a shorted directory path.
