Hi -

I am facing problem in posting Vendor Invoice Journal, Sales order and General Journal …

"Cannot create a record in General journal entry (GeneralJournalEntry). Date: .The record already exists."

Anybody have experience or can suggest solution for this problem? We are using Dynamics AX 2012

I think it’s a voucher entry number sequence is conflicting somewhere.

But still i dint find which voucher number it is , this error comes when i post GL, AR,AP

Actually i read about this problem in some blogs. There was no accurate solution suggested for this issue but in most cases the issue got solved by changing the number sequence.

I will suggest you to uncheck the continues in number sequence for voucher number sequence and also check the length of voucher series. Make sure it is not too long. Try this, it may help.
