Cancelled Payments - Are they being reconciled?

Hi, Axapta 3.0 + SP3 Today a user cancelled a credit note using Cancel payment functionality. It went through successfully. We are able to see the transaction both in the bank ledger as well as customer transaction. However this particular cancel payment transaction is not visible in Bank Reconciliation form. I remember seeing such case in Axapta ver 2.5. But in Ver 3.0 I thought this problem would have been resolved. But looks like it is not. Is this still a problem or is it just me?
