There are not really that many books about the NAV functional modules, but a lot about development/programming.

A few are “self-published”, but most are published by Packt, and you will find a list of them here:

As Suggested by David, you will find many Blogs to study and initiate NAV for both Functional and Technical Stuffs.
You just need to decide in which direction you want to move.
