I am trying to understand if you create a purchase agreement with multiple lines (lets use a qty agreement linked to a trade agreement for item pricing) whether or not a requester can release lines from that confirmed agreement directly and create a purchase order vs a buyer having to create a purchase order.
This is referred to as a blanket order in some other systems and allows the requestor to release lines creating a purchase order without any procurement involvement.
This allows agreements to then be set up and utilised more efficiently as the requestor ultimately chooses whats required from the vendor agreement specifically vs searching for information, pricing etc for each item they require.
