As we were using Microsoft Dynamics AX license through a partner but the partner Sold their own license. The client is not even register in Microsoft.
All the sessions are running with the name of Partner. Partner is taking a big amount of money every month which is also seems huge as per market rate.
Is this model of licensing allowed from Microsoft ? How can we raise the same in front of Microsoft as the client is no where register?
