Has anyone succeeded in getting C/ODBC (Navision 3.10 - 3.70) to work with a Navision running MS SQL Server 2000 database?
What do you mean by ‘getting it to work’? The C/ODBC driver is an ODBC driver only for Navision Server, and cannot act as a gateway to SQL Server. Unlike C/FRONT which wraps Navisions DB calls to both servers. Or what?
Thanks Robert, This was the answer I was looking for. I’ve talked so several people claiming it was possible (just they could not say how) and serveral saying it was not possible. And I couldn’t find any firm description from Navision - sorry Microsoft - if this was possible or not…
