In Budgeting, suppose I set Stationary expenses account - Finance dept => 1000 Rs and Printing expenses account - Finance dept => 2000 Rs. And I spend 500 for Stationary expenses - Finance dept
When I view the Actual vs Budget for Departments, I see that for Finance dept it shows as 3000. Nothing is reflected in Actual expenditures.
If I view the report for Stationary expenses - Finance dept, it shows as 500 balance which is correct. But if I view it just for the department dimension, it shows as 3000 for Finance department. 500 which is spent is not accounted here. Please help.
