I need to specify the Location in the BOM lines, is that possible? Is there any setup for this?
If I’m able to specify the Location in BOM Lines, it would be easier if the pickling are been posted against the Production order for the specified BOM.
Are there any solutions / work around available?

No this is not possible, you need to modify the systme to achieve this. The picking list if reservations is one will tell the user which location to get the stock from anyway.
