About Dynamics AX 2012 R2
Do you know how to approve and activate BOM / BOM version all together.
In case I approve and activate in [Bill of materials] form, I have to do one by one.
Our customer have a great deal of Items and BOM, it’s a hard task to approve and activate.

They perform different functions and are not technically linked. You can have 10 approved BOM’s but only 1 active one. BOM’s do not have to be active to be used, and the active is based on dates, sites etc., whilst the approval is just an approval that it is a sentiment that the BOM is constructed correctly.

Sorry, you misunderstood because my description is no good.
I want to approve to some BOMs all together.
After that activate to some BOM versions all together.
It’s OK to separate approve with activate.

There is no periodic batch process for this due to the general nature of the process. Whilst there are circumstances of a mass approval the basis of the process is ultimately after individual assessment which is why it is written this way. I believe they are solely related to an individual BOM so any mass approval/activation would be a customization I believe.

You need a developer, you need to specify what you want and they need to code it.
