BLOB data - AX 2009

I am trying to find an easy method of viewing(data in table) /exporting/importing BLOB data.

The particular field is:

AOT>Data Dictionary > Tables > PrintMgmtSettings > PrintJobSettings (field)

Is this possible ???

All my data is string, typically email addresses. Is there a simpler option ???
