Hi Rana, You could have one item in all Item 1: UOM Base PCS, Tray, Box When you create the BOM for the PCS, Add all the items in the Ratio Item 2: 1 Item 3 : 1 Tray : 1/6 Box : 1/12 Etc. When you have a production order then You post consumption based on the type of order. Each of the Different UOM can also be a variant for you to identify what BOM components you can use.
