BC SaaS Model not allowed to modify VAT Entry?

Hi all,

is BC SaaS version not allowed to modify tabledata?

I have created extension with permission to modify table 254 (VAT Entry)

but when i do posting , there is error message that I am not allowed to modify TableData VAT Entry

all along i did this using on premise version (either BC 130 or BC 140 has no issue)

but when I implemented for SaaS model, i got this error

Please advise.
