Batch processing in NAV2009

Hi All,
I want to know that in NAV2009SP1, is it possible to map BATCH PROCESSING in Manufacturing?

Suppose a product (A) is produced in several batches (each batch may contain several kgs.) and then sold to customers showing the batch nos. in sales invoice.

If it is possible, then how it can be done?

Welcome to the Dynamics User Group!

This is a big subject and would not be possible to explain fully here. What (I think) you need is handled by Nav standard functionality - “Item Tracking”. Your best option is to sit down with a Nav partner and explain your processes and they can explain this in detail to you.
