The customer asked to add a field to a Released Prod. Order Line (Page 99000832) on BC16 web client. It’s a base app field.
We did it in our development environment and then installed it in their sandbox.
However the field still doesn’t appear on the page and can’t be added via Personalization.
It definitely appears in our dev, and both base apps are definitely the same.
Does anyone come across this before?
Is there some profile personalization that gets in the way?
