Dear all,
I’m doing a bank recon and i’ve included a line for interest and then i’ve clicked on the option trans´fer to general journals. When i try to post it, i get a message “Doc n is out of balance…Please check posting date, doc type, doc number and amount are correct for each line”
I only have one line and the field doc number is blank in the bank statem. lines as this field is populated when i access the general jornal.
Does anyone have know what might be the issue here?
