Our accounting manager is having a slight issue with the Bank Rec. Brief background: we use Navision 4.0 (which we recently upgraded to a few months ago) for most of our accounting needs. The only thing we don’t use it for is Payroll, that is done by another software.
Back in May she had some Payroll tax adjustments to do for April. She’s applied this adjustment (for the April Bank Rec) and zeroed everything out. Unfortunately this same number continues to appear in the June and July Bank Recs. Actually the July bank rec was less 60 cents of that number.
Does this sound familiar to anyone? Could this be a training issue (we did do a leap from 2.0 to 4.0) or could it be a formula issue.
