I having a critical issue during generating my month end IS report. one of the expenses account should shown up the amount $50k in the financial statement but it displaying 0. I don’t know if I have missed a steps somewhere…can someone help me…

Financial statements are reports configured using row and column structures. It might an issue in the financial statement configuration or in the statement parameter’s. Please, can you check the both ?

can you please elaborate more about whr I can make the configuration? I don’t think it is due to statement parameter bcs, all the other expenses get populated accurately except one account…

Open General ledger > Setup > Financial statem Structure and then Structure designer, check how the lines are setup.
On the financial statement, check the column definition make sure that you have specified appropriate date range. I believe the issue is coming because the date interval at column level is different that what you are using to check trial.
