Hi All

we are currently trying to move our banking facilities from Barclays to NatWest.

Not surprisingly the 2 internet banking systems are differnet and importing payments requires a differnet file layout.

we have been surprised to find that we are being charged to install the layout required by NatWest, shorely there must be exports written for the major banks.

if anybody could tell me where to look that would be great![:)]

Hi Trevor

No Microsoft do not write this sort of interface. It is the responsibility of the partner to map the output file to the requirements of the customer and bank, that said this should not be too much of a task depending upon the requirements, so it comes down to what they are trying to charge you [:D]
