I am running axapta 2.5 sp 4 and am receiving an error message after logging in. The message is similar to: error reading file axusr.aod at ###### filename is to long hard disk is full What causes this, and what is the best resolution? My hard disk has plenty of room. Thanks,
Hi Couple of things - a) Check whether any of the users opened Axapta in ‘Exclusive’ mode. If you are running a 3-tier, please check AOS server settings as well. b) Some times when axusr.aod file is corrupted, such message is displayed. Try to build index again. Good luck Harish Mohanbabu
This issue was a corrupt axuser.aod file. Rebuilding the index corrected the issue. Thanks.
