I am interested in keeping my Outlook contacts synchronized with my customers in the Axapta system. In looking for this feature in the Axapta help system I see that this is a feature of the system but I can’t figure out how it is done. Something I saw leads me to believe that this is only possible if you are using the Axapta CRM series. Can anyone fill me in on this? -Thanks
Hi Phil, I am not an expert on CRM. But I guess you are correct about synchronizing Outlook contacts. Otherwise you are able to access all Outlook functionalities like appointments, tasks, journals, etc. If you haven’t already done, do please have a look “tutorial_Outlook” form.
