Hi, I created a capaign in AX and generated the target list.

then I went to Broadcast > create Campaign mail merge file and created a text file (I selected the update staus as well)

After this I noticed that for some targets the broadcast status has changed to ‘Mail’ and few still exists as ‘Not broadcasted’ Can someone please explain why for few the status didnt change to be ‘mail’

The only reasons I can think of is that the direct mail flag was not set, or that the broadcast filtered them out. The campaign selection parameters can be different to the broadcast which would account for the difference.
