AX2012: View Total on SO tabs

Hi,

  1. I want to check Sales Order TOTAL AMOUNT of the (Status) invoiced / delivered.

I checked the total amount at All Sales Order> Sales order tab> View Totals.But I found that the total amount only appear at Delivered SO, total for Invoiced SO is blank.

  1. I drag out the “Total amount” field using ‘Personalized’ to SO listing (All Sales Order). But the total amount is 0.00. Why didn’t show the invoice amount?

Please help.Thanks.

It has been designed to show the un-invoiced sales line totals.

For invoices, you can see the totals from the invoice journals.
