I invoiced a purchase order which quantity is ‘500’ but the quantity is changed because of item’s characteristic. But price is same.
That is the reason why I would like to decrease the quantity with ‘0’ cost.

we can reduce the quantity through negative quantity (credit note).

Hi Sarathy,
This is the special contract for liquid item. Even though we order and paid for ‘500’ quantity. Because of item characteristic, quantity is changed but we do not treat it as the loss. So I would like to decrease just quantity with price is ‘0’. I already tested credit note but it created voucher with price even though I made a price be zero because of its cost price in on-hand.
Do you know any other thing to solve it?
