Hi all,
We are using AX2012 CU7 and we would like to update the desktops to Windows 10. We updated a few desktops and sometimes we are facing with the problem dat AX directly crashes at startup. I know CU7 is not supported by Microsoft, so solution from business partner is to upgrade to CU8 
Does anyone know what a solution from this problem can be? And if CU7 will be supported by Microsoft in the future?
Maybe we can fix it with an hotfix instead of a complete (expensive) update to CU8.

Which release of AX 2012 are you talking about?
If you want to look for a solution, you would have to tell us more about the problem, such as the content of event logs. Nevertheless CU7 is pretty old, therefore you should consider an upgrade anyway.
