Ax2012 AIF exception error

hi all,

am trying to import the data using AIF in ax2012

I am using document service adapter, when I check the system administration–>Service and AIF → Exception

I am getting the following error

The path \100.21.8.31\d$\Arun\AIN\ does not exist or is not accessible from an AOS server. Always use a UNC path.

am having full control on Arun folder.

looking for some suggestions.

Ensure yourself that the path is accessible from AOS server and that the AOS service account (not your account) has access to the folder.

Hi martin,

my AOS service running on local service account.

The service can’t access network resource. Store the file on a local drive, change the account to Network Service or, preferably, use a designated domain account.
