AX2009 Project is Finished, would like to enter the summary of Budgeted of cost for this Project, so we can comapre with Actual VS Budget, how to enter the Budget cost

We are new to Project Module, we have Project finished but dont have any budget cost in AX, would like to enter the Summary of budgeted cost for this project, so we can compare with Actual vs Budget, can some one please help how to set up this and how to enter the Budgeted cost in AX 2009,

I am working on this project, donot know much about AX, would really appreciate any help, if any one has used this function, please reply, i have to figure it out soon , how to enter the data, learning abou AX as i am working on different module.
