Hi All, When my customers AP users tried to create a new alert rule for Purchase orders, we noticed that the ‘Alert Who’ section was not available. This happened to be for his AX account only ? Is this an AX permissions issue ?

Check if that was hidden by the user(by mistake). If that is not the case this could be a permission issue.
The user should have access to the EventRuleAdmin display menuitem and access for this menuItem should be greater than view(edit/create/full control)
Thanks Kranth! . It was indeed a permissions issueof the menu Item. I found it under Basic → Setup → Alerts → Manage alert Rules.
