AX report or other element causing AX 2012 to Crash faulting

From the server event log: – Any Idea what could be the cause? is there any fix for this? We use AX 2012 FP. Thank you

Do you fix this issue? I have the same problem with an AX 2012

I don’t recall how it got fixed but I believe CIL did the trick. You may want to consider running the latest CU or hotfix.
