AX does not launches

AX LIVE does not launches. A blue screen with Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 startup logo comes then nothing thereafter. Please advise on the possible causes.

Please give us more information. For instance:

  • What exactly happened before this problem occurred. Maybe there was a crash or a code deployment, for example.
  • Whether it happens to all users on all computers.
  • Whether you tried restarting AOS.
  • What you’ve found in event logs.

Issue resolved by the partners. Not sure what they did.
