AX Document management: Document Type Setting

Hello All,

I am in the process of exporting sales order data to MS Excel Template using the AX Document Management feature. I have configured the template but can’t seem to add the fields on the Document Type section. Is there a setting or configuration i have missed out, am currently using AX 2012 R3.
