AX crashes when opening PO

Hi

After personalizing Purchase Order bar, now when ever I click PO under all PO whether from PS or AP, it crashed AX 2012, please advise how I can resolve this issue

How is it related to the personalization? Will the problem disappear if you remove it?
Which process is crashing? Client or AOS? What details are logged in event logs?

Did you peform anykind of customization also ? Try to remove your personalization then confirm it? Did you check enevt logs also?
