AX Client Installation problem

Hi All,

I have a user with window NT, framework .net 3.5 to install AX client, then upgrade framework 4.

when i try open the AX, it keep prompt “AOS cannot established”.

Theax configuration setting> AOS server & the port is correct.

I really dont have clue what is happening.

Any help, or advice can shared me?

Did you upgrade to the FULL .Net Framework 4? Or did you only install the Client Profile?

Try to install the full .NET 4 version and check your firewall settings, this could also block the connection.

One last question: What error is given in the eventviewer after the error appears?
