AX client crashes frequently - WiFi connection

Hi ,

We have problem in AX 2012 R2 Client getting crashed frequently , while kept open PDF Drawing attachment in production order .

Client PC Connected though WiFi.

Client Os : Windows 10 64 Bit.

Connection to server is stable as we checked through Ping command .

Please let me know anyone know how to sort out this issue.



try clearing usage data or cache
