AX Client crashed while trying to open the application in AX 2012 R3

Hi All,

I have installed the AX 2012 r3 client in one of our client machine. While opening the application it crashed and closed the application automatically.

In Event viewer it shows like this:

Any one has the solution for the above issue?

Create a memory dump and upload it to Crash and Hang analysis on LCS. It might give you more information and suggest some hotfixes to install.

Can you Check once in Server kernel and Application version and compare with client.

You could try deleting any .auc and .kti files in the User’s temporary folder (C:\Users<username>\AppData\Local or similar).
