AX 4.0 automatic filter on records

Hello,

I recently use dynamics ax 4.0 but there is one thing i cant seem to figure out.

I have about 600 items and some of them are non-active. Is there any way when opening the item list to automatic filter specific records (records where i checked stopped) ? I only want to see the items wich we currently use.

You would need to modify it to apply a set filter.

The standard way is to create the filter and save it, then when you open the form right mouse click and apply filter, but if you do this every time it is naturally a pain.

I know the method but i am looking for something automatically. I cant believe there isnt something in this program for example to now show closed articles in the article list.
