What is a good practice concerning the security development tool in Dev, Test, other test and finally Prod environments? Since the tool is quite easy to handle for a super user, can it be a good practice to have it implemented in Prod and do set up “live”? On the other hand the tool is a beta tool and more important set-up of security should also be tested and deployed in a controlled manner as every thing else.
Does anyone have thoughts or experience in the area to share?
