AX 2012 R2 On-hand cost

Hi,

I was wondering how AX calculate the product on-hand price.

I set the purchase price as 19 in the purchase order. From the on-hand there is no physical cost amount and financial cost amount yet. But why the cost price is 110? Where is it from?
