I am testing the PMA Add in functionality; I have created a fixed price project with hour transactions. the contract for the project has a billing rule of type Progress. I have also setup the project budget for hour costs and approved the budget allocations.
after that, i updated the contract percentage to 50% (manage contract status > Update Percentage) and then posted the first invoice using the invoice processing form.
the problem is when i go to update the contract status again the Update percentage button on the Contract status form is disabled and I cannot issue the second invoice.
is there a missing setup i need to configure or a workflow that needs to be created in order to enable the update percentage button?
